$2,900/month (includes Lawn Service/Propane Gas)- House 8 blks to the ocean - North JaXBeach- walk to Restaurant/Bars/Seawalk Pavilion- 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Corner lot, ample parking, nice large deck, fenced in yard, storage for bikes etc. Move in first and last months rent ($5,800) plus deposit ($1,000)=$6,800. Pets are o.k. but $500 additional deposit is required per pet (50% is possibly refunded if no damage, $250/pet). Rent includes lawn service and propane gas (for stove). Utilities paid by Renter.
