Updates include vinyl laminate flooring in the kitchen, new carpet, bathroom vanity and medicine cabinet, full repaint and window blinds.

Our entrances have keyless coded locks for security and deadbolts on all apartment doors.

We allow cats with a $200 non refundable pet fee and a monthly $25 fee. We do not allow dogs.

Our application requirements are a credit score of 625 and no accounts in collections.
