This two bedroom apartment is the entire third floor of a triplex. It features a beautiful ceramic tiled bathroom, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, sky lights, ceiling fans, private laundry in the unit, new windows, central AC, a back deck on the same level, and an open living room/dining room. The eat in kitchen has granite counters, track lighting, pantry, garbage disposal, and black appliances including dishwasher, built in microwave, refrigerator, and gas stove. There are two spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash. Tenants pay gas and electric.
This triplex in was renovated in 2014. All plumbing, electric, HVAC and drywall was totally redone. We installed new windows and insulation as well as soundproofing between each apartment.
The building is a very short walk to Bakery Square and Mellon Park. It sits across the street from the bus stop, a couple blocks from Google, Trader Joe's, and 3 parks.
There is one off street parking space per bedroom behind the building, and relatively easy street parking around the corner. There's also lots of storage in the basement.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
