Our company purchased this 12-unit building and renovated it in 2018. It is located just down the street from Shadyside Hospital and Market District. Shadyside and Bloomfield shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The building is also near Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh. The 54C and 71C bus stop is located at the corner of the nearest cross street, Millvale Avenue.
One assigned parking space comes with each unit and extra parking may be available for additional rent. There is a basement storage unit for each apartment.
All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
