3 bedroom, 2.5-bathroom (1,224 sq. ft) home with hardwood floors throughout, (tile in kitchen/bathrooms) and open living/dining/kitchen, fenced in backyard and screened in back porch. No garage.
Bedroom 1 has "double/full size bed" and work desk, Bedroom 2/Master Bedroom has "king size bed" and Bedroom 3 has "queen size bed".
Cozy screened in back porch and fully fenced in back yard. Just bring your clothes, groceries and bathroom essentials, the home is equipped with towels, linens/bedding, pots/pans/silverware/plates/cups/glasses and cookware. "Central heat and air condition."
Small dog allowed per owners' approval, with a non-refundable pet fee. A larger well-behaved dog may be considered. Sorry NO CATS allowed.
**Driveway parking for 2 vehicles. 1 mile to downtown Beaufort's waterfront park, marina, shops, restaurants and entertainment. 20 miles to Hunting Island State Park and Beach.
Refundable Security Deposit = depends on length of stay
Pre-paid Move out Cleaning Fee = depends on length of stay
Non-Refundable Pet Fee = depends on size of dog and how many/etc.
