Pets may be accepted contingent upon applicant(s) meeting all criteria and a non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 per animal, up to two animals.
We look for the following criteria:
-620+ credit score, timely payments to all revolving accounts and low debt to income ratio
-Good rental history, no evictions
-Stable source of income of at least 1 year, at least 2x rent
