Verified service animals do not require additional deposits.
Rental criteria -- Good credit (score above 650), verifiable income at least 2.5 times the monthly rent, and positive landlord references from the past 5 years. All occupants age 18 or more must make application. We only combine the incomes of the 2 mostly highly paid roommates for income qualification. Renters insurance is required.
