On the off weeks, the pool may still require back-flowing, cleaning, skimming, and vacuuming -- this level of every day maintenance to enjoy the pool and keep it clean will be tenant responsibility and instruction will be provided and shown to you at move-in.
Hot tub not included.
Washer/dryer, refrigerator, gas range, and dishwasher included.
Pool deck furniture included as courtesy items, owners not obligated to repair/replace.
