Apartment B is the main level of the house, with one large and two smaller sized bedrooms. Bedroom #3 (off the kitchen) has its own entrance with small deck. The front yard and porch are shared by all three units in the house. Back yard and off-street parking spaces shared with 1123 University (back house).
This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. We have a window A/C unit for the living room. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants.
APPROXIMATE ROOM DIMENSIONS:
Living room = 16'5" x 15'8"
Bedroom #1 = 12'6" x 12'11"
Bedroom #2 = 9'1" x 8'9"
Bedroom #3 = 7'7" x 12'2"
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit.
