The unfurnished apartment is bright and cheery and includes a large living room, narrow dining/office room, kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower and bedroom. Nothing is shared with other tenants, of which there are only 5.

* Reservation Deposit/ Security Deposit = 1 month's rent when meeting all screening criteria
* Discounted monthly rate of $1175 through June of 2026. After that, there would be the possibility of a lease renewal at the standard rate of $1375.
