Resident pays gas thru DTE and Electric which metered separately, billed to resident monthly and due at the same time and with the rent.
Included in your rent is Water, Trash, Lawn-care and Driveway Snow removal.
Secure Internet including streaming cable available for additional fee of $50/mo with $50 set up fee.
Rent is $785/month -
Income requirement: Applicants must have a minimum gross monthly income of $2,355 or higher. Income verification will be required during screening.
Security Deposit: $785 depending on credit - may be lower with high credit score

* This includes but is not limited to tobacco, marijuana, cannabis, or any similar substance, whether recreational or medical.
* Residents and guests must comply with this policy at all times.
Property is monitored by security cameras.
This is a quiet residential property with close neighboring units. Residents must maintain a quiet and respectful environment.

Enjoy supper at the picnic table in the large grassy courtyard under the shade trees. The property has security cameras to provide that extra protection for all of our residents.
