3. 2 months of current pay stubs
4. Self-employed Income may be verified with last year's Tax Returns, CPA-prepared financial statements, or 2 months of Bank statements.
Credit History:
1. The credit report is provided by TransUnion, to ensure the applicant has a good history of on-time payments to creditors, and no bankruptcy, collections, or history of debt “write-offs.”
2. A thorough credit check is conducted, and the tenant's score is obtained from TransUnion
3. Evictions or money owed to the landlord are cause for denial
Rental Terms:
1. The application should be completed online, filled out completely and accurately, and provide a government-issued photo ID. An incomplete application will not be processed.
2. Each occupant 18 years and over must complete a separate application, even if living with a parent or guardian (no exception). There is no charge for applicants to use the LNH online Application; after completing your online application, you will be redirected to TransUnion.
3. Each occupant 18 years and over will be charged $32.00 per Tenant credit/background screening, payable directly to TransUnion
