Hey there!

I’m a 27 year old male landscape designer based in the Bay Area who has just moved into a brand new home here in Merced. I’m looking for roommates (ideally students or working professionals) to fill three of the four rooms in a ~2,000 sqft. house. I’ll be spending most of my time in the Bay Area but will be in Merced here and there to get away from the hustle and bustle of things.

I have 1 room available in the house which also includes:

- All utilities (high speed internet, water, electricity, gas, and garbage)

- Shared, fully furnished living room

- Shared, fully furnished dining room

- Shared, fully furnished kitchen

- One shared bathroom for the three rooms

- One shared in-house laundry room with washer and dryer

- Shared two-car garage (there is more than plenty of street parking too)

- Large landscaped backyard

- Central heating and cooling

- Periodic cleaning of shared spaces

The home is located 7-10 mins from UC Merced, 1-5 mins from Merced College and a 5 minute drive to Target, Walmart, a bunch of restaurants, Starbucks, and the gym. The UC shuttle service and local bus are only a 10 minute walk from the house. This is a super convenient location!
