The Tenant agrees and acknowledges that the monthly utilities concerning Water, Sewage and Trash are billable through the City of Escondido; the meter reading and the subsequent bill produced each month (“City Utility Bill”) is shared with the other unit on the premises. The payment of the City Utility Bill is the responsibility of the Landlord and the Landlord will charge the Tenant a fixed charge of $150 a month to cover the City Utility Bill which includes Landlord’s management fee of the utility account.
