6. When you pass, we sign the lease, you deposit first, last month rent & security deposit to my bank by cashiers check or cash.
7. Once the funds are received by my bank, you get the keys to rent my home.
8. Welcome home! You can move in and enjoy my attractive home and the peaceful Sharonville area.
