Woodside Apartments - First Floor - SNS Management is proud to present our newly acquired property Woodside Apartments! With a mix of 60 spacious 1 baths & 2-bed 1.5-bath apartments, you get the peacefulness of a smaller complex but with the comforts of a professional property management company. Convenient to I-275, Ronald Reagan Highway, grocery stores, and public transportation. Also nearby are plenty of restaurant options & family entertainment. The open-concept apartment includes a living room, dining area that will have brand new vinyl wood look floors, a walk-out patio/balcony, and a fully upgraded kitchen with all major appliances including a dishwasher.

This apartment is professionally managed by SNS Management LLC. We strive to simplify the entire rental process from start to finish, while also providing a safe, quiet environment for our residents. You can even conveniently pay your rent and submit maintenance requests right from your smartphone with our Appfolio App! The security deposit is equal to one month's rent. Residents are responsible for electric through Duke Energy paid to Duke and water utilities paid to SNS. The application fee is $50 per person. Our background checks include credit, criminal, employment, and rental history.

There are some restrictions and we can provide you with those if you do have a pet. Pets will have an extra $25 per month fee per pet - limit 2 - and require a $200 Pet Deposit.

Minimum Requirements

1. Gross income of at least 3x the monthly rent rate

2. Credit score of at least 550

3. No previous evictions in the past 7 years

4. No violent felonies ever, or non-violent felonies in the past 7 years

5. No sex offenders

6. Sorry, we do not accept Section 8 vouchers
