You can even conveniently pay your rent and submit maintenance requests right from your smartphone with our Appfolio App! The security deposit is equal to one month's rent. Residents are responsible for electric through Duke Energy paid to Duke and water utilities paid to SNS. The application fee is $50 per person. Our background checks include credit, criminal, employment, and rental history.
Security deposit is equal to the monthly rent. Residents are responsible for electric and water utilities. All of our locations are now accepting pets. There are some restrictions and we can provide you with those if you do have a pet. Pets will have an extra $25 per month fee per pet - limit 2 - and require a $200 Pet Deposit.
Minimum Requirements
1. Gross income of at least 3x the monthly rent rate
2. Credit score of at least 550
3. No previous evictions in the past 7 years
4. No violent felonies ever, or non-violent felonies in the past 7 years
5. No sex offenders
6. Sorry, we do not accept Section 8 vouchers
