1121 University is a Victorian house on University Hill that was divided into three apartments. You don't get much closer to the CU campus: just one block away!
Apartment A is the basement of the house, with its own entrance. The front yard and porch are shared by all three units in the house. The apartment has a large living room plus one large bedroom and one medium sized. Since it's in the basement, the ceilings are lower than other apartments. There's a large storage closet in back of the unit as well.
This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The stove and fridge will stay in the kitchen.
Approximate room dimensions:
Living room = 11'8" x 15'3"
Bedroom #1 = 9'7" x 11'7"
Bedroom #2 = 18'5" x 6'10" (8'7" at widest part)
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit.
