With the open floor plan you can see the living room, dining area, and the kitchen with a large island that seats 4 - 6 people (4 most comfortably). The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer. There is no ice maker or water filter on the refrigerator. Simple and works well. The kitchen has two closets. One is a very large pantry with enough shelving to make your heart smile. The other closet can hold whatever items you desire. The dining area provides an additional gathering space to enjoy meals together. This space can also be used for an office space, as the accent wall color is complementary for virtual meetings! The living room area is large and has a large window seat, for relaxation. There is a half bath on the main floor.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and two full baths.
The largest bedroom (purple), has a huge closet at 11' x 3' (nice shelving system) and en suite bath with double sinks, toilet and shower/bath combination. This room can hold a California King sized bed and still have ample space. The current picture features a queen sized bed. The view of the downtown skyline can be seen from both the bathroom and bedroom windows.
In the hallway there is a sitting area, a linen closet, and a full bathroom.
The second largest room (blue) has a nook, where a desk, dresser, or chair and table can be housed. The room can comfortably hold a queen sized bed, although a king sized bed has been in this room. The closet is large at 8' x 2'. The room has two large windows.
The third room (yellow) is the smallest and brightest. The closet is 9.5' x 2'. The room has lots of windows. This room can comfortably hold a queen sized or smaller bed. This room currently has a full sized bed and a large desk. Has shelving on the wall near the largest window.
The basement contains the large, full-sized washer and dryer. These appliances sit side by side, they are not stacked. The washer is top loading. The dryer is front loading. The basement contains a large egress window. The basement is clean and can be used as an extension of living space, a home office/business/work space, a podcast of social media space or storage. Get creative!
