2. GOOD RENTAL HISTORY: You'll need verifiable / good rental history with a "SIMILAR" rental as what you are applying for.
3. CREDIT & BACKGROUND: MINIMUM CREDIT SCORES ABOVE 690. No prior evictions or problems with the law(e.g. Felonies).
