Internet is included at no charge. Faster speeds can be billed back at $10.00 extra a month.
Tenants are responsible for the electric, which is through Alliant Energy. Water will be billed through us.
The 4-level building boasts an underground garage parking option, at an additional cost and per availability and an elevator that accesses each floor. Tenants will receive a discount to Anytime Fitness.
Hiawatha Village Center is just off of Robins Rd. You’ll be conveniently located near Blairs Ferry shopping, entertainment, restaurants and grocery options.
