2 allowed per unit. Max weight 30 lbs each. One-time Non-Refundable pet fee $200.00/pet plus a Refundable pet deposit $200.00/pet. Pet rent $35.00/month/pet. Dogs only are to be DNA profiled for one-time $65.00/dog Lab fee Profiling charge.
Covered Parking: One covered parking per unit at no charge. Additional covered parking, if available, at $50.00 per month.
Storage space: One storage space is included with each unit at no charge. Additional storage, if available, at $50.00 per month.
Other Recurring Expenses in Addition to the Rent: $62.00 per month per unit for Allocated Water-Sewer and Trash and $61.20/month for Google Fiber high speed 1 Gig internet.
Tenants are required to turn the Natural Gas and Electricity to their name and directly pay the utility companies for their usage.
There are No other hidden charges of any-kind.
Tenants are required to provide a certificate of Renters Insurance OR choose to pay $10.00/month/unit to Millcreek Towers for $100,000 Renters Legal Liability coverage.
