Residents are required to maintain a $100K Tenant Liability Insurance (PDLW) for accidental damage arising from fire smoke explosion, water discharge or sewer backup caused by negligent acts or omissions. Personal renter's insurance is recommended but not required. Tenants will be charged $12.50 per month if they do not have the PDLW with their renter’s insurance.
Prior to move-in, tenants are required to either (1) pay a Refund Eligible Cash Security Deposit as advertised (typically one month’s rent) or (2) have the option for a Deposit Bond in lieu of paying a Cash Security Deposit Bond for about $20-40 per month OAC - More info can be found by visiting [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch]
There is also a one-time Lease Initiation Administration Fee of $150. All applicants over the age of 18 must fill out a separate application, and there is a limit of 3 unrelated individuals and 2 vehicles per unit.
