Private areas include bedroom with attached bathroom and sitting area, kitchen, & dining area, butlers pantry, enclosed back patio, and the backyard.
Common areas include the hallway from the private bedroom suite to the kitchen/dining area. The washer & dryer are also located in the hallway. Here you may occasionally interact with owner & employees. Front of house is being used as a professional real estate office. Hallway bathroom is for office staff only.
