Cozy, Quiet Mountain Valley Mother in Law - 20 mins from Sundance Ski Resort
Cozy little private mother in law that is fully furnished. All utilities are covered by landlords. Located in the heart of beautiful Wallsburg town with amazing mountain views and an extremely quiet street. Very close to Heber, Orem and Sundance ski resort.
We are potentially open to considering allowing a dog depending on the circumstance/type of dog but will make that decision case by case. There may be a monthly pet fee. The house is on a large, .75 acre yard that is fully fenced with a gated driveway.
The unit is fully furnished with a full + twin bunk (both with new gel foam mattresses), pull out queen couch bed, TV, wardrobe, fully stocked kitchenette, mini fridge/freezer, washer and dryer, dresser, etc. The unit is separated from the main house by a locked door and has some soundproofing. There is guest parking on property with room for 2 cars, uncovered.
You have access to the shared yard which features a playground and plenty of room to stretch your legs. Some things to note - the laundry room is shared so we will need to work together to schedule one day a week when we can have access to the washer and dryer. The furniture in the unit is there to stay, we cannot move it out.
No smoking or pets allowed. We have one flat coat retriever dog and you may encounter her out in the yard at times, she is extremely friendly and will be your best friend. She has never been allowed in the guest unit so there is no dog hair.
The lease is currently set to one month but we are open to requests of up to 6 months. The deposit is fully refundable conditional upon a final inspection prior to move out.
