Welcome to this beautiful 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome in the community of Silver Landing located at SilverLeaf.

Be the first to lease this beautiful and spacious new construction! Silverleaf is a community of new homes located just minutes from shopping, amenities and major highways.

Renter pays for all utilities.

One pet under 20 pounds is allowed. There is a non-refundable fee of $400 for the pet.

All applicants 18 years and older must apply using the [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] website. The cost for credit, background and Eviction checks is $55 per person (this fee in non-refundable even if you are not approved for the rental).

Please read the following Rental Screening Criteria so you can decide if you want to apply:

Proof of stable monthly income showing at least 3 times the monthly rent (the following would apply)

a. 6 months of paystubs

b. Income from investments

c. Retirement income.

If you are working, a letter from your employer verifying your current employee status OR your last year's business tax return including a Profit & Loss statement for the entire year covered and an end of the year Balance Sheet covering the tax return year (if you are self-employed)

A Credit Score of 600 or higher from any of the 3 major credit bureaus.

Rent paid through Government benefit programs or third party is not acceptable.

If you are a renter, a reference letter from your current landlord to include your length of tenancy and your rent remittance dependability

If you are applying with domestic pets (non-domesticated animals are not allowed), indicate the breed, size and number of pets AND include a picture of each pet

Once you register with [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] to and start application you will get an email with a link pay $55 directly to [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch] who will conduct a thorough background check including credit history.

If you do not meet some of the requirements listed above, an increase in security deposit amounts and/or a full payment of a year's rent upfront might be considered as a substitute.

Each applicant's application is analyzed on an individual basis.
