Sunstone Ventures is a triplex with townhomes featuring six private and furnished rooms. Each room has a coded entry lock and the shared community spaces include two bathrooms, a kitchen, sitting room, partially enclosed back patio, and laundry machines.

Room #2 is available now. This room features a queen bed with attached nightstands, a window facing desk and chair and full-size closet. It is located on the 2nd level of the townhome and there is a bathroom across the hall. The kitchen, sitting room with tv, and 2nd bathroom with laundry machines are located downstairs. Other rooms may be available with different configurations so feel free to reach out for further details.

The house is tucked away on a quiet residential street and the landscaping has been thoughtfully designed with some edible plants. The neighborhood is considered very walkable and bike friendly with easy access to shops and restaurants on North Lombard Street, only one block away, and access to I-5 is only 5 minutes away by car. The property offers some off-street parking but is dependent on availability.

Each occupant is screened for credit, criminal, eviction, employment, income minimums and current & past landlord references. Please ask for our disclosed screening criteria. We screen first come first served and honor fair housing guidelines.
