We have available one brand-new construction furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom available for rent in a 4 bedroom, 3 bath house in Tacoma.
Amenities included: black-out shades, black-out curtains, updated shared kitchen, shared dining room, shared living room, shared powder room, shared laundry room with washer and dryer, shared cleaning supplies, shared home gym, shared wrap-around porch, and shared yard. All shared spaces furnished as-in. Minimal on-site storage (think like 10 boxes, or 8 yellow and black Costco-sized plastic containers).
Utilities: electricity, heating, cooling, garbage, recycling, yard waste, internet and water. Utilities included.
No additional pets allowed. It is already home to one cute medium-sized dog and a fluffy grey cat. Must love pets! Pets usually remain downstairs. Dog and cat are welcome upstairs in personal spaces while supervised. Dog and cat are both quiet.
Room also available unfurnished. Shared spaces rented as-is. Although we do like to decorate for the holidays!
Date Available: Immediately upon clearance of background, credit, and rental history checks. $1,200/month rent, including utilities. $1,000 security deposit required. Payments made through Avail unless otherwise requested. Late fee $100/day after 5th of the month.
Lease: 6 month lease, and then month-to-month.
