Second Floor Pet Friendly Rental! - This second floor unit is in a great centralized location in Barre! Recently renovated, it has a private entrance and when you reach the top of the stairs you will find yourself in the kitchen. Your kitchen is complete with lots of cabinet storage and even space for a small table. The living room is off of the kitchen and leads the way to the bedroom which is a decent size with closet storage!
The unit has a full sized bath, W/D hookups and even a great bonus room that could be used as a studio, office, or even an extra storage room.
Parking for ONE car, parking is tight. Parking is first come, first serve.
Pets negotiable for $25/mo per pet. Vet records required. If it is a dog, we must meet the dog.
Included: water/sewer, trash/recycling, lawn care, snow plowing, composting.
Resident responsible for: propane heat, electric, and cable/wifi (if desired)
Rental Criteria:
$25 background and credit check for anyone over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment
Credit score of at least a 600 from one of the applications (or a cosigner)
Rental history (or a cosigner)
Moving in the winter is snow fun! Lease will end March, 31 2024.

Our application is located right on our website- just simply click “apply now” next to whatever unit you are interested in! Everyone over the age of 18 will need to apply. You only need to apply once and it is good for any of our units!
The applications take about 4-5 days to process- Once approved we will email you the lease to sign electronically- the security deposit is due upon signing.
