Upstairs youll find a large master bedroom (featuring a queen bed, a substantial workspace desk, a 32 TV, and large walk-in closet) with a large open air private balcony, a second bedroom (featuring a queen bed, a desk, and a walk-in closet), and an all-brand-new gut-renovated full bathroom with large vanity, dual-flush high-efficiency toilet, and low-threshold tub. Theres also a laundry room and utility closet off the back of the bathroom, a drop-down ironing board in the hallway, and a fully stocked linen closet too. Outside theres a lovely front porch, an expansive side deck with a charcoal grill, a fire pit in the backyard, a path leading back from the house down to the Rondout Creek right behind the property, off-street parking for 3-4 cars, and busing to Kingston School District.
