Requirements: Prospective tenants MUST apply and qualify prior to scheduling showings. Verifiable income 3x rent gross, No Pets, Non-smokers preferred. Subject to Credit and Eviction Report review by management. $35 refundable key deposit required; Rent deposit equaled to 1 rent payment.
