For Rently Access to the property please:

-Search by property address: 4017 Carlos Ave, Fayetteville, NC
-Click “Self Tour Now”
-Follow the Steps and Register with Rently
-Enter serial number given by Rently into the lockbox that is located on front door of the property.
Applications are processed through our website only at [Use CALL or EMAIL to get in touch]
Application fee is $35 per adult. Applicants must have a 650 credit score with no prior evictions. Verifiable income will also need to be provided (check stubs, LES, Benefits letter) 3x the monthly rent amount. Deposits are non-refundable if applicant cancels.
There is a non-refundable administration fee of $25 per adult upon move in.
We do not accept co-signers
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Applicant is not approved until all information is submitted and notified of approval by Cresfund.
Pet Policy: with owner approval. For each pet there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee. Current vet records showing dogs age, weight, and breed along with photos will need to be provided.
Homes are placed on market cosmetically as is. Prospects are strongly encouraged to view the property in person. Cresfund is not responsible for sight unseen accepted properties. All applicants are assumed to have viewed the property, no refunds or cancellations will be given.
