Our location is adjacent to one of Los Angeles' oldest city parks, South Park. Since 1899, this 19 acre park has provided shade and recreation for LA city residents. In the early 1900's, the LA Times called it "the monte carlo of Los Angeles, minus the wicked jingle of the coin." In the 1940's, legends of South Central's jazz scene performed under its band shell, and in later decades the park hosted anti-war protests and other political demonstrations. It is currently undergoing an estimated $12 million renovation to restore the park’s irrigation system, improve the security lighting, implement a fitness facility that comes with modern equipment and new walkways, picnic tables, playgrounds, and benches.

Our secured parking lot accessed through the alley behind the building is leased for $75 per month if you require off street parking. It is also only 15 minutes by bus (#51) to Downtown LA, pick up is at 51st & Avalon. DTLA is only 5-10 minutes by car, this is a great central location for getting to where you want to go in LA!
