Newly built in 2021, fully furnished 1 bed and 1 bath log cabin with stunning mountain views, a large treehouse-style deck, washer and dryer, fast internet, and a full kitchen. Can optionally include all utilities and weekly garbage pickup, including internet, electric, A/C, heat, propane, water, cable, HOA/resident road fee. (12 month lease $1225 rent + extra $275 = $1500 total monthly rent including all the extras. 3 month lease add $100/mth.) Move-in ready with optional linens and kitchenware so you can just bring groceries and clothes. The cabin is fully furnished- we cannot accommodate additional furniture or storage.
AWD/4WD recommended for the mountain road. It feels like a remote adventure yet is still convenient to town and the AVL airport, about 25 minutes away.
Adjoining Sprout Mountain and nearby other local developments. Past tenants have leased while building nearby, and it is possible to hike from the cabin. Flexible lease terms are available, with stays as short as 3 months. Online form pre-screening is required before scheduling a showing (its just a short screening form to confirm basics like move-in timing, vehicle, and fit for the furnished/no-pets setup). Please message for details.
Requirements include renters insurance, income of three times the rent+utilities, and a credit and background check. No cats. No drive-bys without an appointment.
