We offer multiple floor plans designed to suit your needs. In our quaint Garden buildings you will find our one bedroom one bathroom and our two bedroom one bathroom floor plans. Each apartment home has either white or maple cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms, separate dining areas with windows overlooking your entry, a large living room that opens up to the spacious private patio or balcony area. Each Garden building is conveniently located near one of our 12 laundry facilities!

In our three story, elevator served Main buildings you will find a one bedroom one bathroom and a two bedroom two bathroom floor plan. These apartments come with similar styles and finishes as those in the Garden buildings. You will also find laundry facilities and trash chutes on each floor, keyed access entry, and an intercom system to let your guests into the building. Each of these buildings have a unique view, some of Iris Canyon or of our lush forest landscape.
