RENT:
$1175 per month, 12-month lease. The application fee is $50.00 per person. The security deposit is $881.25, equal to one month's rent, refundable pending lawful deductions.

Water, sewer, and garbage are at no additional charge. Electricity is the responsibility of the resident(s). Cable/internet is the responsibility of the resident(s).
