Details on Move-in Scheduling: After an applicant is approved we may then proceed with the scheduling of the move-in inspection and future tenant taking possession. This process can take a few days, so please plan for wiggle room until the move-in inspection is scheduled. Specific move-in date will be established after an applicant has been approved, the reservation fee has been paid, and scheduling has begun.
Prices and/or availability date may change without notice. Lease terms are 12 months +. The $55 application fee is non-refundable and anyone 18 or older must complete an application. There is a one-time $250 Administrative fee due at move-in. Non- Refundable Pet fee of $250.00 + $15.00 pet Rent per Month ( if Applicable). Proof of Rental insurance is required before the lease is executed. 33 Realty Management homes will need to be listed as an additional party of interest.
