2) Proof of income for 3x the monthly rental rate and a 650 minimum credit score, or a guarantor to co-sign the lease who meets these requirements.

Refundable Security Deposit: $1,100
Non-Refundable Redecoration Fee: $500
Air Filter Fee: $120 (12 filters for the year)
