The private room is in downtown Owego. I have two spare rooms in my 3-bedroom apartment. You’ll pay for the room and you’ll also pay 50% of the NYSEG bill.
I keep things very clean in the house. I stay on top of dishes and like to mop the floors and keep the bathroom in order. So, you don’t have to worry about coming home to a disorderly home with me. I prefer someone who can stay at least 6 months.
After I get off work, I do tend to spend a lot of my time in the living room streaming shows.
The price includes the following
- Wi-Fi
-70 TV in living room
- The furnished bedroom comes with mini-fridge and bedroom ac
-Sewer
- Water
- Samsung Washer and Dryer
- Garbage
- Use of the back yard and the balcony
