We currently have a room for rent and would like to fill it ASAP. We live in a four bedroom, two car garage house, with a big backyard and incredible view of Carlsbad. My name is Chris and I take care of the house type stuff. You would get a 2nd floor corner bedroom, approx. 12 x 15, with two windows and a large mirrored closet. You will have full access to the house both living rooms, full office and the two car garage. It has a spacious backyard with a grill and patio, that has views of all Carlsbad. Utilities include, laundry, trash, water, gas, electric, cable and wired & wireless internet for a flat $250. We are a laid back bunch that all get along really well, but you be the judge. First and Security deposit (one months rent) are due upon move in. We will consider couples if you are willing to pay an additional $250 a month in bills.
