In order to apply for this apartment, you must currently live and/or work in DC, and meet the Inclusionary Zoning Program guidelines including proof of completion of a required IZ orientation course. Cannot exceed $79,700 annually for single person household

Or $91,050 two-person household

Minimum income of $42,950

Applicants must meet Keener Management’s standard credit and criminal background check.

In keeping with IZ guidelines, priority will be given to waitlist applicants:

1) Householders residing in DC

2) Householders working in DC

3) Households will then be ranked by length of time on the waitlist
