Onsite / Resident Apartment Manager assists in the maintenance necessary to maintain the property's overall quality and curb appeal. Delivering a safe and high quality of living is of utmost importance in this role. The onsite will ensure the property is clean from debris on a daily basis. Ensure the trash dumpsters are in a manner the trash company will pick them up. Report water leaks and all other maintenance and tenant-related issues to 36 North Properties.
You will be required to live onsite in one of our apartments. Your rent will be discounted to 2/3rd market value equating to $1502.00 and you will be paid minimum wage for working at the property roughly 1-2 hours daily, 7 days a week. The onsite resident manager may maintain a full-time job outside of the complex and still maintain their duties as resident manager.

Compensation:
Onsite Manager will be provided an apartment a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 carport spaces and required to live onsite which will be offered at a discounted rate of 2/3 market value equating to $1502.00/month.
Onsite Managers will work roughly 5-10 hours a week. The onsite manager can have another job and work after hours although a flexible schedule is preferred.

Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining the exterior grounds and providing excellent curb appeal
Complete regular inspections as directed by 36 North Properties
Ensure that policies and procedures, as well as safety and compliance expectations, are met
Communicate and effectively work together with your fellow team members at 36 North Properties
On-call responsibilities to respond to after-hour emergencies
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays. An average of 5-10 hours per week
May have a full-time job and complete onsite work as well
Lock and unlock laundry rooms daily
Qualifications
Technical experience in plumbing, carpentry, and generally related trades
Bilingual a plus
Previous experience a plus
Great customer service skills
