- 2+ years of rental history
- Gross monthly income = 3x rent
- No prior evictions, civil judgments, or bankruptcies
- Employment verification of 90 days (Paystubs AND Bank Statements History)
- Self-employed applicants must provide 2 years of tax returns
- Applications are scored on a point system based on income, rental history, employment, credit, and background
- Renter's insurance required prior to move-in
* A cosigner may be suggested if a term/requirement is not able to be met in the qualification process
