Payments required to move:
-1st months rent ($1775)- if moving in middle of month, your second months rent will be prorated.
-Security deposit equal to 2 months rent- Landlord will apply half a months rent paid as security deposit toward your 13th month rent if tenants successfully pay first 12 months rent on time). Security deposits must be paid using certified funds.
