Citravest was the outgrowth of an idea that property management should be local and high touch. The Orlando metro area is very spread out and many property management companies try to cover the entire area. If the houses one manages are an hour or more apart, how can one be an effective property manager? The partners of Citravest wanted to bring focus to Orlando area property management by zeroing in on a specific area and becoming the local expert in the areas we serve. This had lead to tenant referrals and major employers in the communities we serve sending us a pipeline of people relocating to the area outside of Disney World in Davenport, Winter Haven, and Kissimmee.
