PRE-QUALIFICATION CRITERIA FOR PRIVATE TOURS: To protect the workflow schedule and secure a spot for our first wave of private viewings, all adult applicants must meet the following objective business criteria:
 Income: Combined household gross income must be at least 2.5x the monthly rent (minimum $10,375/month or $124,500/year), fully verified via recent paystubs, W2s, or tax returns. 
Credit: A credit score of 650+ is required for all adults, with no active utility collections or recent bankruptcies. 
Rental History: A clean rental record with no past evictions or disputes, backed by positive references covering the last 3 years.
