MAINTENANCE EXPECTATIONS
We lease to responsible tenants who are comfortable handling minor maintenance 100% themselves, including things such as lightbulbs, filters, disposals, basic toilet/drain issues, and similar household items.
For larger legitimate issues, we have responsive field maintenance technicians.
Most of our residents stay for years, and its rare that we hear from them more than 1 2 times per year.
We buy and maintain QUALITY homes and expect our residents to take great care of them without needing us for approximately 98% of normal minor repairs.
If you prefer full-service maintenance, that structure starts around $2,450+/month for this home.

We accept the first qualified applicant who places the deposit.
We also prioritize the fastest move-in date.
All Lease Start Dates must generally be within 10 DAYS MAXIMUM, preferably sooner. Even if you physically move later, the Lease Start Date and payment must begin within 10 days.
