City ordinances for this zoning do not allow more than 3 unrelated individuals to rent this property. Most homes in residential zoning do not allow more than 3 unrelated to live there. Some properties that we manage do allow 4 or more so if looking for a property like that, please ask us which properties we have available with that zoning. The city does inspections and will enforce this code and so we cannot let more than 3 unrelated people move into a place with zoning that doesn't allow that.
No AirBnB or renting out rooms or other similar subletting

Minimum Income Required for All Applicants
Applicants total source of income including any housing voucher, section 8, or other rental assistance program must be at least double the rent for the full term of the lease. Roommates can combine their income to reach the threshold of income being double the rent or the income of a co-signer can be added if approved. The owner of the property needs to be comfortable that the tenant has the ability to pay their rent, utilities, and other costs associated with renting a home.
