619 Marine consists of the original house on the property, and a 4-unit addition off the back. Conveniently located on the west side of University Hill, this apartment has easy access to Pearl Street as well as the CU campus.
Unit #4 is the middle level of the addition behind the main house. You enter the unit from a small private deck off the parking lot in back. Tenants have access to the on-site laundry room, with coin-operated machines. This apartment also has laundry hook-ups in the unit, tenants must supply their own machines. We have a window A/C unit for the living room. Any other A/C's belong to the tenants. Large parking lot in back is shared by all tenants on the property.

Security deposit equals one-and-a-half times monthly rent, with at least half due at lease signing. CATS allowed with an extra $200 cat deposit. ONE SMALL DOG, under 20 lbs., allowed with extra $300 dog deposit (certain breeds restricted)
