Unit B is the back side of the duplex. Its private fenced-in yard includes a picnic table, and works well for a dog. There are two reserved parking spaces off the alley for this apartment to use. The living room has lots of natural light from the skylight.

Living room = 11'3" x 9'2"
Bedroom #1 (on right) = 9'8" x 13'9"
Bedroom #2 (on left) = 9'11" x 7'5" + 5'1" x 4'1" nook
This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. The wall A/C unit in the living room is ours. Any other A/C units belong to the tenants.
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit.
