877 18th has the living room just inside the front door, with kitchen behind. The bedrooms and bathroom are in the back of the unit. Newer/large windows let in a lot of natural light. There are two assigned parking spaces off the alley for each unit. Hardwood floors in the living room and bedrooms, with vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bath. Kitchen has a dishwasher, and hook-ups for laundry.

Living Room = 12'3" x 16'1" 
Bedroom #1 = 12'7" x 10'

Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent, with at least half due at lease signing. We can set up a payment plan to cover the remaining security, and any applicable pet deposits. 
CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG is allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 dog deposit.
